Best Nightlife -(Bars)
Antidote
(Nightlife - Bars)
19 Hollywood Rd
Hong Kong
852 2526 6559
Description:
CENTRAL. It is easy to slide into this hard-to-find, but comfortable bar with an attitude. The staff is friendly, the drinks are stout, and the place is a favorite with both locals and tourists. All choose to lazily recline in the comfort of Antidote's white leather sofas and to enjoy the bar's surreal ambience. This club is very hip and offers diversions like digital cutup DJ sessions, where patrons and their friends play guest DJ. The music can range from hip-hop to jazz, and the club stays open into the wee hours of the morning.

Club 71
(Nightlife - Bars)
67 Hollywood Rd
Hong Kong
852 2858 7071
Description:
CENTRAL. Club 64 in Lan Kwai Fong was the nexus of "alternative" culture in HK, but it closed when rents got ridiculously high. Rather than giving up entirely, the owners opened a new place in a less expensive part of Central Club 71. Relaxed and popular with people who dislike the usual bar and club scene, you'll find absolutely zero pretensions here, and the crowd is friendly and eclectic.

FINDS
(Nightlife - Bars)
33 Wyndham St
Hong Kong
852 2522 9318
Description:
CENTRAL. Admittedly, Scandinavia has not historically been a strong inspiration for restaurants and bars. But FINDS (Finland, Iceland, Norway, Denmark, Sweden clever!) really runs with the idea. Four individual spaces flow seamlessly together, all in white and cool shades of blue with a touch of added sparkle to suggest snow and ice. The food menu is brief but surprisingly full of tasty options, and highlights the best of each country (lots of fish, potatoes, mushrooms, cabbage, pickles and berries). A selection of "scapas" (Scandinavian tapas) is served throughout the day as well. After dinner, the focus shifts to the bar and lounge, where an eclectic crowd sips creative cocktails named for famous natives like Greta Garbo, Bjork and Edvard Munch.

Feather Boa
(Nightlife - Bars)
38 Staunton St
Hong Kong
852 2857 2586
Description:
SOHO. Some of Hong Kong's coolest hangouts aren't easy to identify from the outside, and Feather Boa is a good example. There's no sign, so you'll have to look carefully. Once past the curtained doors, you'll find an eclectic space furnished with the leftovers from an antique shop that used to occupy the room. The clientele tends to consist mostly of fashionable arty types, although the suit-clad post-work crowd is thick on weekdays. Drinks of choice are whiskey-based cocktails and daiquiris.

Felix
(Nightlife - Bars)
Salibury Rd
Hong Kong
852 2315 3188
Description:
TSIM SHA TSUI. The intriguing decor, magnificent views, and delectable food offered at this establishment complement one another to create an unforgettable dining experience. The sleek interior was designed by the renowned Philippe-Starck. Menu selections include a variety of fusion cuisine, which delicately blends the flavors indicative of the east and the west. Most any guest will be impressed with the wine room, the two bars, the disco, and the long table that doubles as a catwalk. This is the perfect place to impress an important business client or a significant other. Business attire. Reservations are recommended. MTR: Tsim Sha Tsui
